My amazing parents woke up at 5:30, made me breakfast, and drove an hour to the airport, just to see me during my layover. Pretty awesome people.

1. I couchsurfed for the first time in DC! (It was awesome!)
2. I listened to The Beach Boys on the bus ride down.
At a house party in DC with my hosts and tons of couchsurfers!

Today I went to pick up Sophia from 'Momo' and 'Nunu's' house. After ringing the doorbell, I was greeted by very loud classical music from behind the door!
I opened it up to find Nunu and the rest of the Guarneri Quartet in rehearsal. It was such a great way to start my day!

I realized we had done so much this night, but I still didn't have a picture! So, I made Meg pose in front of a random store. Because it had a disco ball, we decided she should dance.
But my computer is slow at taking pictures, so she started giggling because so many people were walking by watching her dance, and then she just faked it for the second one.

I am a proponent of all things West Side. I have always lived on the West Side. It's inconvenient to get to the East Side, and I have horror stories from working on the East Side.
However, when it comes to Blockheads. The East Side kicks the West Side's ass. I have been to two Blockheads locations and the one on 2nd Ave and 51st is fantastic.
Go to it. Now.
I'd vote 'No' on this one!
